I want to use my weights and have 30 minutes

Try this HIIT workout if you have a bit more time and have dumbbells to use. Two instructors guide viewers through this video, offering motivation, and utilizing an on-screen timer! Each of the circuits can be modified slightly, depending on your preferences.

I want to spend 20 minutes working out…

If you prefer to listen to your own music while working out and don’t like the instructor’s messages, this is your workout video! It is 20 minutes and works your arms, shoulders, and core.

My goal is to target my arms…

If your goal is to tone your biceps and triceps, check out this HIIT workout. You will need dumbbells and can repeat the video if you want. It lasts 10 minutes and could easily pair with another video or some cardio exercises.

Each HIIT video is a slightly different length and either provides music or gives you the chance to play your own! Give one or two of the videos a try while you’re working out from home this spring.
