These Delicious 3-Ingredient Desserts Are So Easy to Make

Traditional Chocolate Fudge on a Brown Baking Paper

When you have a craving for something sweet to perk up your day, these super simple desserts are a perfect choice. Each recipe uses three ingredients and only a handful of steps, making them so easy to whip up in your Catalyst Apartments kitchen.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

All you’ll need to make these decadent squares is chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and crunchy peanut butter. Combine the chocolate chips with the condensed milk, microwave them for a minute and stir well to create the luscious chocolate base for your fudge. Pour this mix into a pan lined with parchment paper and spread the peanut butter on top. Allow the fudge to set in the freezer for one hour and then cut into thick, tasty bites.

Chocolate Cottage Cheese

Make an exquisite dessert that couldn’t be any simpler by combining a cup of cottage cheese with a tablespoon of sugar and two teaspoons of unsweetened cocoa powder. Whisk together well until you have a smooth, chocolatey treat that’s sweet and refreshing. Top your cottage cheese with banana slices, strawberries, or even chopped nuts.

Oreo Truffles

These elegant treats are beautiful to photograph and so delicious to eat! You’ll just need a package of Oreos, a cup of cream cheese, and two cups of white chocolate chips. Crush the Oreos into crumbs and combine with the cream cheese to form the base of your truffle. Roll this mixture into bite-size balls and freeze them for 30 minutes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. The final delicious step is coating the truffles with melted white chocolate and freezing again until the chocolate hardens.

What’s a delicious home-cooked meal without a decadent dessert ending? You don’t need a lot of ingredients or complicated steps to make a yummy dessert!
